Sparkplugs for high HP Cars???

hey Guys
what plugs is everyone using and what kind of gap?? I have to drop the motor next week for the new Protomotive intermediate intake and thought i should replace the plugs.. right now im using denso double plat. pk20pr-p8

im pretty sure your right todd used the denso pk.. now get out there and drive your car man!! and be sure to make a video so i can can enjoy it also

ok ordered the the pk20pr-p8 and also the pk22pr8 (these are one step colder plug) all the research i have done suggests the the more horsepower u make the the colder plug you should use... anyways ill try em and let u know how they turn out.... by the way the heat range on the pk20pr-p8 is the same as the stock plug... i did most of my research here

What about IK 22?they were shipped to me together with the k24/18g turbos...
