C4S...do you have the alum look pieces too? Also, what about red dials?? Maybe too much.

Red dials are going to be hard to read in all lights - I would stick with the aluminum if Iwere you

Yaa, I agree with you. Alum dials it is. Still thinking about the red stiching though. Just the seats or the doors and dash too?

Sounds like a great car. I would tone down the aluminum a bit though. I would go with the steering wheel, dials and shifter and handbrake. I like the rear center console aluminum look but, you can have it painted just as the factory does for 1/4 the price. You should definately get the red dev stiching if you are going with red belts, looks great. Although, if I were going with a red second color, all your aluminum bits I would get in carbon. Carbon and red look much better than aluminum(silver) and red. Just my thoughts

Lou, that's what i'm a little afraid of. I just might tone the alum down a bit if I go with the dev stiching. As far as carbon, I'm a little burned out on carbon. But I agree, it'll look nice.

I didn't realize your car was silver, but, I still can't picture how the dev stitching, red belts and aluminum go together. I saw carbon rear console, carbon steering wheel, carbon shifter/handbrake, aluminum dials, and red dev stitching everywhere with red belts, looked amazing. Either way, I am sure it will be a great looking car either way. All the other things in aluminum or carbon is to much for me. The options are costly and they take away from the car. imvho.

Go for the deviated stiching... It looks great in person and is not over done or to much as most think when they consider it. It adds a nice touch, not expensive and will tie in your red belts. Do all of it, you will not regret it.

Definately, must do all of it, it looks great and really isn't "too much at all." Like I said saw it on a car with carbon bits and it looked unbelievable.

Didint read through the whole post - but Id go for ALu look large, add alu look PCM pacakage, alu look belt releases in b-pillar (especially on a cab!!) and center armrest bin cover embossed "turbo"
Also , if you decide to get red stitching (i think grey is nicer) do not forget to get all THREE stitching option codes (one for seats, one for dash and doors and one for exclusive options which includes steering wheel!! otherwise your side vent stitching will be grey as is standard on alu pkg and your steering wheel will have black stitiching!!).
Also, if you decide to stay with grey stitching (standard on black interior) order the option for all exclusive options in dev stitching so your steering wheel also gets grey stitching...

I couldn't post yesteray - had my firewall set on too high a level of protection. My only comment is to consider that paint on the front seatbacks is delicate - subject to damage if anything comes up against it.

I was going to sugest CF - I had CF shifter and handbrake in a Seal Gray cabrio, and have the same setup plus the sills in my black TT. Love both, but I guess you've been there/done that.

But whatever your decisions, enjoy!

Fred
