Question: When i use to WOT, It use to read 1.4-1.5bar. Now, on WOT, it goes up to 1.1bar. What is the cause ? I recently installed the Cargraphics exhaust loud, and gmg dv's.

Boost leakage ?

 

The ECM is tuned right? Cause soo much boost is not stock.

 

Could be a bad install... probably a boost leak...
what exhaust did you have b4? stock?

 

Do you mean that before the exhaust was installed boost made 1.4-1.5 bars and post exhaust installation you can't make peak boost, or was it ok after exhaust install but recently you've noticed a loss? If all was ok after the exhaust and dv installation you probably do have a leakage. What ecu software are you running?

 

Post exhaust install ive noticed that my boost has not been reaching as high as before. And before, my car was bone stock except the GIAC tune.
Where should i check for leakage ?

You had a boost pressure of 1,4-1,5 with just a software tune?Something was wrong...maybe you had leakage in wastegate vacuum hoses and turbos were trying to reach desired pressure and overboosting the car...

 

Who did the work? Are the dv's installed properly and are they adjustable? Can you change the springs?

 

1.5 bars on stock fuel system and pump gas? You are lucky you didn't blow your motor.

Exhaust not installed correctly. DV's failing. Boost Leak. Need to put on live Dyno I think and check out all hook ups.

 

GMG installed the DV's . I am going to contact them today. Nice to hear from everyone. And thanks for the extra advice/help via pm. Ill get back shortly with a report. peace.
