I think I only saw a 1.0 bar a few times but it was only for a second, mostly only see .8 & .9 for some reason I think my car is running too rich.. my exhaust tips get BLACK in one drive
I have FVD flash and K16/24 and always have 1 - 1.1 bar ,I had 4 different flashes but like FVD the most.At full throttle A/F is always between 12 and 12.3 so certainly not to rich.In 1st,2nd,3th and 4th gear boost is 1 bar and 5th and 6th gear boost is most of the time 1.1 bar.

With FVD flash on my '03 (6-speed manual) I saw a steady 1.0 and occasionally 1.1 during WOT in higher gears. I recently upgraded the flash for K16/16G turbos with a 5-bar FPR and now get a solid 1.1 and generally 1.2 in higher gears. My exhaust tips do get some carbon buildup, but the AFR looks good on the dyno, and my mileage is still about 18 in town and 22 on the highway if I can manage to keep my foot out of it most of the time. Have you upgraded your DVs or are they stock?
I dont think my car is getting the same boost levels.. maybe my stock plugs are not good for the flash? I have aftermarket DV's I believe EVOMS.. most of the time I only see .8 maybe .9 boost levels, and I seem to use a lot of fuel..
If your plugs were bad, you'd probably be tripping codes and feel the car missing. I'm not sure what state you are in. I'm in TX as my file was built for 93 octane fuel. It's possible that your file was built for a lower octane fuel, but I suspect you should still be seeing more than 0.8 bar. Also, not sure about your fuel consumption level either. If it's much less than others are getting, you probably are running rich. It may in fact be that you have a weak waste gate spring or one (or both) waste gates are out of adjustment.

I too am only getting .8 bar also. K16s, psi (orton) exhaust with gutted cats, k&n drop in and haven't upgraded my diverters yet but I don't think that is the problem. How do I tighten my wastegates? Thanks in advance. -Ron P.S before the tune I would get .8-.9 on a completely stock car with just straight pipes.

Waste gates need to be adjusted in about 5-7 turns on both sides. You will get 1.0 bar right away and see 1.1 in higjer ears. I am runing a Revo flash with K24's and tightened my waste gates and get 1.2 bar. I have been runing them like this for two years and 5700 miles with no issues.
Tightened down my waste gates 2 turns on each one and I'm getting .9 in lower gears and seeing a solid 1.0 in fourth. Still running stock diverters too. But man do my turbos spool so much faster now at lower rpm.
