Yeah, downhill with a backwind... I'm not running 10's because I don't wanna risk exploding my synchros, but 133 trap? I need some piping and IC's I think.

If your handicapped or have no use in your left leg this doesn't pertain to you, you have no choice. For those who just cant figure out how drive a manual grow a ******* and return your tips and Gtr's for a caddy.
You are new here, so I'll give you a little advice. Don't be so presumptuous and assume that everyone that drives an auto can't drive a manual.

You say you don't want to make any enemies here, but you are definitely starting off on the wrong foot.

Show some respect.

Wow! If I want to drive a sports car I need to buy a standard... I thought my 996TT X50 was a Sports Car? But I guess not cause it's a Tip.

Does you Dad know you're on his computer?

Or now that Porsche has developed the PDK it to will soon make less standards in the 911. It may not be the PDK but a tranny like it or better for sure.

Please disregard this post. My a-hole friend who stopped by after a few too many from the bars had posted that under my log in. I am not that kind of person. I am deleting it and he helped me get a negative Rep. Please let me know if there are any other tasteless posts that were posted tonight under my log in. Again my apologies this wasn't me. -Ron

I have a PE700 and have ran numerous pulls against a bone stock GTR from 40 mph up to about 130. I pulled a minimum of three car lengths so there probably was something wrong with your car.

Mike,

I'd really like to see what your car does with some supporting mods. The piping will do wonders for your spool up although I imagine its not too bad.

DO IT!!

Mine was a tiptronic, wonder if that had anything to do with it. As I really never pulled three car lengths. Pulled yes, but no way three car lengths. Either way I am sure I was making more power than an X50 with a rechip....

I'm thinking Harold's car may have had a boost leak. Even with the parasitic losses through a TIP, he still should have hammered a GT-R.
Mate, I am still wondering the same thing now. Whatever the case the tip was crippling the performance as well on that car... for that I am sure. Whenever I was pulling it was a very gradual process (though I did pull from it) and we did runs up to around 250kmh and it wasnt 3 car lengths.... Todd at the time was also checking out my ECU program as I felt I may have been getting some problems out of the program under the tropical climate.
