need help putting spoiler back on

I am trying to put my spoiler back on but the piston is not locking to the spoiler. I did this before and I it was easy to put on. Do you guys think its the hydraulics going bad?

do you have the correct "spoiler tool" to lock the pistons on to the wing blade?

yes i do. I took my spoiler off and put it back on before. I dont know why its not locking anymore. When i let go of the spoiler tool the piston just goes back the other way.

Is the nut embedded in the spoiler tight enough?

I used the same tool to remove and install the spoiler before. turning left is to install the spoiler. If i get another spoiler wrench do you think it will solve the problem?

I don't remember of the top of my head which way it is.
