Anyone got Bridgestones and care to weigh in?

I've got Michelin PS and love them, but there is a wheel package I'm considering that has Bridgestone S02's, and wondered if anyone has compared the two.

Potenza S02A's on Turbo Hollow Spokes.

Thanks.

I had the S02's on my 993, I thought they were awesome stuck like glue and had a aggressive tread pattern.

Also - anybody care to comment on the Bridgestone RE050A? Supposedly the tire on the Enzo (or is that a different spec tire that shares a model designation?)

I have a relatively new set of S02As on the C4 cab (replacing Sport Ribs which I was never all that impressed with).

So far, I think the S02As are a pretty darn good tire for that car (not an 'S') ......if they continue to perform & wear well, I will buy again.....I have them on 8J HRE rims in front, & would go with 235s next time. If you do some searches, I don't think you'll have trouble finding good comments on S02As........S03s are the big seller, but I've heard too much negative in that direction.

I have PS's on the 993 and you are right, they are hard to beat.........the PS2s might I have them in 19s on the Turbo and golly they are running well in that size and on that car.....and that's a challenge.

Michelin vs Bridgestone

I had the opportunity to drive Audi TT's back to back on a race track with both the PS2's and SO2's. There is no comparison. The Michelin out performed the Bridgestone in every test. There was a HUGE difference in the wet and a noticable difference in the dry.

If you have the choice, go Michelin.
