700 bhp plugs??

What are the recomended spark plugs to use when running approx 700 bhp at engine? I already have upgraded ones that have been in car for two years and 3500 miles. Are they worth swapping while engines out?

If engine has been modded for the 3500 miles, definitely worth switching...

I like Denso PK20PR-P8 with .024 gap.

Hi,I guess everyone has their own thoughts on what is to big or to small.Their are negatives to having it to big and negatives to having it to small...I run 1.4 bars peak and before with my old tuner I ran 1.5 bars peak,,Never missed a beat with my gap at .028.....

Thanks for the info; I run 1.3 and 1.4 peak too. I'll probably set mine around the same with my next plugs (Denso) change. Thanks.

I used NGK BKR-7E gapped a .025. You need a smaller gap at higher boost levels to avoid misfires (blowing the spark out). Anything over 1.1bar should have nothing more than .028 gap. I ran 1.3-1.4 with a .025 gap. Recommend changing them every 3k-5k miles...You may not notice the car running any worse at that mileage, but when you change them, you will notice then...

Hi,The quality of those plugs do not compare to the Denso and others out there.I know guys that run 1.5 BARS on. O28 gaps,no misfires.
Yes,.024 works but I was told on some brands it will not be a big enough spark to fire for a long period of miles??? Look how big the stock gap is and how long stock plugs go with 1.1 flashes most of the time..These are my opinions and info that I am just sharing...
