Head Gasket Porsche 996TT comparison! The same or different

Hi,

I have a question is the

Cometic Head Gasket .040''/102MM Porsche 996TT

http://www.burtonpower.com/cometic-head-gasket-040-102mm-porsche-996tt-3-6l-01-04-c4492-040.html

the same like

EVO 996TT Head Gasket Kit

http://www.sharkwerks.com/products.php?pid=73

I think the description is the same although the EVO describes it in more detail or could you tell me the difference.

The difference is only the price which is huge or not

I hope you can help.

Hello there , i was running cometic gaskets and raceware head studs , the bolts these studs run are thin and abit small , i faced head gaskets issues 2 times in 2 months !
So i switched to Oringing the sleeves with copper Oring and stock OEM gaskets plus evoms headstuds !!

Evoms head studs were much more quality , i used them with OEM bolts which were perfect !

As running Oring sleeves , i saw alot of guys here running these setups for high moded porsches , some use steel oring with special gaskets , and some use copper oring on the sleeves with OEM gaskets which am running !
Running very very good and did not face any issues !!

Just my thought

racewear and cometic are good.. I would take it to 1.8 bar.. I think a few guys here were pushing more then that and or running with low octane combo... everything has its limits...
