I got all the major items fitted and mounted today, The intakes and the
"y" pipe are all done.
I had it running on the rack playing with the tune and damn if a coolant hose didn't blow.
made a damn mess everywhere.
The turbo intakes are really simple to make. I'm going to work on one that
uses the void next to the body and i/c air housing and make a new i/c
housing that will incorporate the air filter in it also.
That way it's not blocking part of the i/c air flow but it's still in the same
duct work in pressurized air flow.
The 997 gen2 gt2 input shaft coupled with the single mass flywheel makes for some
interesting noises. It now sounds like a GT3 RS trans. Some may be o.k. with it others might not.

the mean time Fred's still working with the ProEfi.
And yes, I was lucky to meet up with Fred and you.

Sam, you are a HUGE part of this and you are a true professional!

Technically, yes. We'll have it on the road Saturday. As you've read,
we had a coolant hose debacle.
And we appreciate your help with the E85 conversion, Mark!
I had a riff with you and Tim in the beginning but you guys are
knowledgable and helpful. Thanks again.

heard something under hard acceleration. I know that sound....
when I looked up, I saw a GT3 flash by on the highway!
I haven't heard my car with an engaged gear but Fred called me
with the news!
Fred has spent countless hours fabing. There's nothing "bolt on" except turbochargers.
Everything on the car has been fabricated or modified, including the existing "bolt
on" pieces.
I believe the performance numbers of this car are gonna be staggering. I think it'll
rival turbos with a couple hundred more horsepower.

I like your signature my friend.
I really suck at the passive thing too. I've tried that Gandi sh** and it didn't
work out for me.

me." and please return my sons gerbils.
Not that coolant hose.
This is the one from the body to the eng on the right side. Cant really weld those without melting the hose.
The barbs on the hose flange are just worn out.
No telling how many times they have been in and out.
