TRG front / Tarett rear drop link pics

Just getting mentally prepared to install my shinny new TRG front and Tarett rear adjustable drop links. Looking for inspiration ..

Anyone have any pictures of these drop links installed?

Here is a picture of one of my front drop links. It is hard to tell from the instructions which way they should be attached. I actually installed them oriented differently but they were rubbing a bit, so I went this this. I also took one of the three washers off the bolts to get the right clearance. I assumed they were there for playing with the spacing and clearance. Car actually felt noticeably better as soon as I put these on. I must have had some pre-load on my sway bars before. FYI, I'm lowered on PSS10.

Just installed the Tarett rears. Super easy, now its on to TRG fronts

If anyone has pics of their TRG fronts to share that would be cool.

The front Tarett extended drop links are the way to go. They provide much better geometry compared to a shorter drop link due to their +6" higher attachment point.

Yep I have seen pictures of your beautiful set up before. I do like the higher attachment point as well. In fact the KW V3s I am using have an extended link like that but in a stock like non adjustable form. The Tarett guys are great, they said they would make me an extended adjustable link to replace the KW.

If I didnt get such a great deal on the TRGs I would have had the tarett guys make me one up. I have the TRGs now and going to use em.

It doesnt seem like anyone has a picture of the TRGs installed. No biggie it looks super simple. I will post when I have them in.

Whatever you use make use you install the dust boots on all the heim joints. They completely seal out all dust and moisture and keep the joints looking like new. I've had the seals on my drop links for the past 2 years and the joints are spotless last time I checked them.

Two schools of thought on the boots. Some say they may cause more harm than good by trapping the the dirt and moisture in. Most dont inspect their components so the wear goes undetected.

For me I am under the car all the time. I know I am obsessive but clean them every time I drive the car. No problems in five years.

But I still think about installing the boots...

I can verify that the boots will not trap any dirt or moisture in. I have actually removed the boots to check just because of hearing this. I have run the car in huge downpours and checked the joints afterwords. They were bone dry when the boots were removed.

Probably the same boots Tarett sells. That's the ones I have. They sell two sizes. The rear drop links use the small ones, the front links use the large ones.

After snapping the stock rear drop links, I went with Tarrett. They are bullet proof but can be a touch noisy.

Okay so I just received my new boots. Install was simple and they do appear as though they will protect the rod end. I used the RERS 1 on the tarett rears. Next its the TRG fronts. I think the fronts will need the size 2 or 3 boots. I'll let you know and post pics as to what fits.
