41k sounds about right, I think you will only find a steal from a desperate seller. Not saying they aren't out there, but I don't believe there are many. Did you ever complete a ppi were there any problems. The Lapis TT looks nice. I just don't like the black plastic and no upgraded shifter/brake. $41k should seal the deal on that one too. It looks very clean.
