Is a PCM swap plug and play?

I want to retrofit one in my 03' Turbo, but need to know exactly what is needed and if possible.

Someone has to know lol i remember in my audi it was plug and play, just needed to tap into a speed signal and install the gps antenna.

think about adding some more info of what you have and what you want to, photos, etc. for now you question is "who can tell EXACTLY is there life on Mars?"

The wiring is fiber optic for the bose MOST systems who his why you can't simply swap head units from PCM to aftermarket. I have a PCM head unit and amplifier available if you want to avoid eBay but I don't have any of the wiring between the amp and the head unit. Not sure what happened to it (reused or discarded by installer). Pm me if interested.

no. just plug it. as I see all matches. just add gps antenna. and radio antenna plug adapter. if first photo doesnt match your car - make yours and place it here.

Thank you Serg! I pulled the trigger on a mint PCM2 for 500 bucks which also comes with the amp. I'm sure I'll still have to unlock it or something to get it working in my car, there has to be some kind of anti theft coding.
