Sam's Billets and otger goodies enroute!!
I'd def do Tim's 2nd gear pop-out prevention fix too. Time and monetary investment next to nothing.

How is everything coming along? I started mine early last week. I have the original turbos out and am half way through getting the new injectors in. Man it's not easy that's for sure. We ended up leaving the turbo oil tank lines hooked up and just unbolted the tanks from the turbo (hint: there r 2 bolts. One is easy to see and the other is in the tank itself and you get to it from the drain hole). So the only oil lines we had to remove where the ones that feed the turbos at the top of the turbos.
We heated those lines as to not strip the nut. We also ended up buying new check valves (the things the turbo oil lines hook up to on the turbo). They are about $100 each so you may want to budget for that.
I won't get into the injectors since you are not doing them but damn it made me want to set the car on fire. lol. You basically have to remove everything from the top of the motor to gain access to the fuel rails.

Feel your pain
Man I hear ya! Clutch is in and works great. However, after rocking the trans and engine when installing I have what seems like an exhaust leak. I did replace the trans mount bushings with the STREET TORQUE SOLUTIONS mounts. I feel a little more but my car sounds like a friggin WRX with exhaust at least from the inside when accelerating. I ran the car on the lift and looked all around finding the exhaust tight and no obvious leaks. Am I missing something? We rocked the engine to the front and rear of car some with it lowered on the mounts. You have to to get the trans out. I have a Cargraphic exhaust so its pretty solid. Any ideas? FYI the clutch change is not for the faint of heart! Total PITA for the first timer plus you need more access to tools than most people have. Thanks for the turbo tip!
Thanks guys!

Yup when I did the clutch I had to do it twice to get it right. That fork is a pain!
For the exhaust leak, is it like a ticking exhaust leak sound? Did you replace the metal "o" ring exhaust gaskets? 2 from where the turbos attach to the exhaust manifolds and 2 where the turbos attach to the cats.

Exhaust leak post clutch replacement
No its not a ticking at all. Its definitely much louder and doesn't still have the nice pitch under acceleration that the Cargraphic is known for. Something isn't right. I may take to my Indy this week for diagnosis. I haven't started on turbos or ICs yet. They should be a breeze compared to the clutch.
