Upgraded aero and brakes for 996tt
I stand corrected. Other than having to mount the fairly big GPS unit in a window/windshield and a phone somewhere, it looks pretty good. I kind of like the circuit tools. Ready to move on from traqmate myself actually. May consider one of the other Vbox units with a display and cameras. I wouldn't use Harry's for anything though. The gps is just too slow to get any good info from watching video.

Phone is optional anyway, sometimes I use harry lap timer with internal gps of my phone ( less than .1s error compared to official transponder times) and mount somewhere the vbox for later analysis
Not lap time error, review error. When you play back Harry's you can't make any use of the data on the video because the delays are not real time, there is a serious delay.
Right now, I'm using a Garmin Virb Ultra 30 Camera for Data/Video quick analysis. It gives a real time data overlay, however must also be mounted in the window or externally which I don't like.
Traqmate's dash is cool, and I even like the software, but they are pretty much done for so it's only a matter of time before it's useless. I like the aim products but without spending 3k on the really expensive stuff with a lot of inputs I'll never use, there isn't an impressive display, and the software is not very user friendly like Circuit Tools and Traqview.
Nothing does everything right, quick video integration, display, uncomplicated software and support and is reasonably priced. Honestly at this point, I just want a display and good software.

I dont see any delay, some problems might appear if you collect data from ECU through OBD port+dongle and integrate into the video, make sure you have a fast enough dongle as this is generating the problem.
Might be iphone/ipad related, but last processors are strong enough to handle realtime content like what Harry generates, so I would concentrate to the OBD dongle, other than that my harry works flawless

Its there. When you brake, accelerate. The cornering speed don't match your place on the track. Its off somewhat, making the overlay almost useless for analysis. Inherent flaw with Harry's.

Ohh I see now, yes is there even with the better gps
Wow looking mean, I am running some air vents too over the front tires and hope not to cook the brakes even on slicks, good luck finishing your setup and thanks again for Diego's contact :d

Just forgot to order new rear brake discs and having now 380/350 with full gt3rs setup 997 - calipers, pump, etc... Considering rear disc still have A LOT of life into them, should I consider running these for this season, or 380/380 is a must over 350 rears ?
