I ran a 5 bar and 60lb injectors with 16/16s for ever on my TIP.

I'm not sure. It may simply be that my turbos don't spool as fast as modded K16's. My car definitely holds the torque higher in the rpm range.

That doesn't mean it's good.
Plenty of people are running 5bar FPRs. Fact is, tho, you are putting a greater strain on nearly every component in the fuel system. And if you break something and go lean...

I'm going to go out in a limb and say it WAS good, lol. I don't get your logic that it may have put a strain on the fuel system. I believe it still holds the K16/16G record for Texas Mile and 1/4 Mile. It worked well and worked like a champ for 20k miles.

with everything competing for your $'s?! a bosch 5 fpr does what it to needs to, within its inherent limitations.
i run "old" 16/24s with a 1.2 tune straight pipes and a surprise part or two and while i know I'm at its limit, it seems to work as intended.

should have clarified that the car is a 2001 tiptronic not manual (because it is my girlfriends daily driver and weekend warrior).

I think I have a plan in place for upgraded turbos, fuel system and retune from evoms.

Also repainting the car mexico blue - should be a fun next few months if all goes as planned! Thanks for the input
