Functional Front Aero?
Anyone thought of venting the front fenders somehow, be it 991 RS style louvers or another method? That should help quite a bit with the high pressure build up in the wheel wells... I think Porsche said the gains on the 991 were huge with those added.. Maybe there were some changes to the splitter/undertray, but the 991 GT3 was said to have 40 lbs downforce in front, the 991 RS is advertised at 260 lbs... neither say the speed, which makes a huge difference obviously, but even Andreas Preuninger has said in video interviews that addition was huge.
The windshield washer tank is along upper portion of the the drivers wheel well and would need to be removed to make room for the vents. You would obviously need to cut a hole into the fender. Would be interesting to see if the 991RS louvers would lie flush with the 996 fender. If the oem lovers would fit perfectly I might be convinced to get the hacksaw out.
I've got a spare fender I picked up to measure and play with, and some measurements for the 991 louvers, but I need to have one in my hands to get a good idea..
If anyone has access to part number for the louvers and wants to post them I'll investigate further...

Almost all the bracketery and hoses are Porsche items. The ductings is RUF designed. As are obviously the bumper itself, the upper outlet, and the lower valance.

A couple items are lefts & rights, and I only included the photo of one.
Let me know if anyone has any questions about this or anything else RUF related

the factory gt2 bumper has ductwork for each side, additional plastic that connects the bumper to the ductwork, 2 pieces of ductwork for the center rad and an additional piece to connect the bumper to the ductwork, 2 each fenderliners for each side plus associated brake ducts. so your looking at 11 pieces of plastic assorted clips and screws, 2 hoses for the center rad and spacers for the crash bar supports. longer bolts and spacers for the center rad and if you want to spend the extra 800$ the 2 angled center rad supports. you cn bend the originals to save that cash.
