Rear Driver Side Squeaking/Creaking?

Ever since we dropped the engine to pin the coolant lines i've had a horrendous squeak in the car (i thought coming from the rollbar). The car has fresh suspension on it (all LCA/Upper's replaced/new Ohlins, Tarett everything, etc) within the last 2500 miles. After the suspension refit there were no noises/issues.

After we put the engine back in this past year there is a terrible, constant squeaking that persists from the rear driver side. This video isn't mine but is the exact same noise (
) that i can replicate by grabbing the wheel and just shaking it back and forth horizontally.

We put the car on a lift at the dealer this past week and isolated it down to the cross brace (#17 in the diagram). When it was loosened and pulled down the noise was gone. We tried silicone, putting some felt in between various metal places, torqued to spec and yet it persists. Dealer doesn't know what to do. Has anyone had similar noises and fixed it successfully? Could the brace be tweaked and need to be replaced?

I found another report of the same thing here (https://rennlist.com/forums/996-foru...iver-side.html) but no additional information other than torquing it back down.

Anyone have any ideas on the next step?

I had to chase down a bunch of squeaks and found a good way to zero in on problems... Jack up the car to get the problem wheel off the ground high enough to get a 2x4 underneath (jack stands also for safety). Have someone else wedge the 2x4 over a jack stand and under the wheel and press/wiggle until the sound is heard. The other person can get underneath and put their ear right up to where the squeak is coming from.

I did this to find worn camber plates, control arms and loose sway bar. It could be as simple as just a loose part - check everything.
