996t clutch problem

Hi
I’m new to site so may need to be guided around.
Ive recently purchased my 1st Porsche and
I have a slight problem with the clutch already.
when I give her a full throttle run I get the clutch pedal drop or lose pressure between gear changes. Pump the peddle a few times and it comes back.
theres no leak what so ever.
car is heavily modded and has a gt2 type clutch set up
any help or guidance very great-full.
thanks in advance
steve

not totally sure I understand the situation it's happening under, but sounds like a bad master cylinder

Basically it’s when I do a full power and full revs run up through the box.
When I need the next gear my clutch pedal will travel half way down befor I get any resistance.
Normal driving no problem at all.
It seems to be high rpm related.
It won’t be the master cylinder as this has done its job by the time the fault occurs.
for example if I short shift at 5k rpm no problem
but if I shift at 6.7k problem occurs.
I will change fluid as routine to see if it helps.
The clutch has a solid lightweight flywheel, which is very noisy under low rpm and slight load. I’ve heard this is common. But I wonder if it’s resonating so much it’s affecting the slave?
Regards
steve

Sounds like your slave cylinder could have some issues with the hydraulic assist when at higher rpm. It has a valve in it that applies pressure to help actuate the clutch based on pedal pressure. if that was leaking internally it could partially actuate?

She’s dry. No leak or signs of old leaks.
Will try to bleed the old fluid out today and see what happens
thanks for ideas

Went to a BBI setup, bled for over an hour with the pedal with no luck. Bought a $20 vacuum bleeder off the Wish site
, hooked it up to the slave bleeder and had it bled within a few minutes.
