well close had to ask twice but evo came to the top and replaced a imo defective part and did not even ask it's return..... hard to ask for anything more..... that is the most effective way to run any bus. if their is any question make your customer happy and do it with a smile he will always come back to you. thanks evo i will not forget

 

LOL when i read this, i actually got the impression you ran an Evo and were impressed by its performance

Anyway glad to hear Evo treats their customers real well, their reputation just continues to build up.

 

Todd Zuccone (sp?) has earned every bit of recognition he's gotten. I've spoken with him for a couple hours on the phone (years ago when 996TT was new) when we were all learning about the new supercar. He always shared all the info he knew (as did I with the large intercooler and temperature research I did in '01-'02) and based on my conversations with Todd I believe that he truly wants to contribute to the betterment of motorsports. Todd and those who work with him build a fine car, and based on what I know of him, I'm not suprised on how well he handled his situation with you. Todd and those affiliated with him are stand-up people and IMO are a much needed addition to the often pretentious and secretive world of Porsche tuning.

 

Todd dropped whatever he was doing yesterday to help out a buddy of mine that was having some issues with his 997S. We stopped by the shop and he was very helpful and attentive. Thanks again Todd.

 

purchased several things from them ever since i got my 911 7 months ago...sometimes the right guys are a bit hard to reach, but i guess thats because they are always busy. overall great knowlegable staff, excellent company.

 

but i would send the part back - maybe he can figure out what went wrong and correct it in the future.

Only tuner I ever dealt with that did what he said he was gonna do and parts performed the way he said they would.
