Also ran an 11.111 @ 130.37mph on spray tonight at Bradenton.

I just submitted my 60-130 time taken at the track this past Friday. The conditions were not that favorable and my time is slow when compared to these fast cars. I just wanted to get an E55 listed here on 6speed.

My car is a 2006 E55 with all the bolt-ons.

I emailed Scott my file and hopefully he'll verify it.



2006 E55:
Best 1/4 mile: 10.776 @ 130+ with a 1.585 60' time

 

Alan have you tried pulling the 60-103 times out of one of your 1/4 mile runs rather then doing a rolling start? If you are getting from 0-130 in 10.77 and your 60-130 is 8.4 that means you are doing 2.37 0-60 (i'm not sure thats doable in E55).

My best in the E55 from 0-60 was a 2.95 with a 1.66 60'

yup. prepped drag strip and 16" Mickey Thompsons, no spin.

mine wasn't as fast as Alans (bassn_07) but i've beatten a ton of 10 second cars on the street because of those launches.

street tires on the street and not the track were nothing exciting. about a second slower, also it wasn't consistent on street tires. some time you hook other times you go into smokey sideways slide across the intersection. at the track on Mickeys I would floor it 100% as soon as the light turned green and the car would just hook.

 

You're assuming that this was done with my personal best and it wasn't. The DA was 2000 higher, ET was .3 slower, and traps were at 127. On my PB I'm sure my run would've been much better.

It was done at the track this past Friday. Getting street runs in is quite hard where I live and very dangerous. I know track runs aren't ideal but it's my safest bet without the fear of either getting caught or something much worse.

I'm not very familiar with the vbox but I did notice the ET's were higher at both Infineon Raceway and Sacramento, both about .25 slower on the vbox. Any ideas on how to correct the settings to read more in line with tracks slip?

 

Make sure you have 1 foot roll-out enabled in the options menu.

TiAl V Band 30s w/ billet wheels, Proto intake, 38 mm wastegates, Proto/TPC Racing 6-inch intercoolers, Fabspeed headers, stock exhaust with cats removed, and Proto tune.
