wow duane, that's almost lower than the low calls i make, that get owners' dander up. it's reality tho'.

what is not mentioned is the colour. assuming great condition:

silver, seal, slate 126
black, SY, 122
red, white" 115-110

Im surprised you didnt bunch black with the silver/greys, I thought it was "safe" for resale.

that sounds like a decent price. Is it possible to use it as a daily car?

there is no better daily driver:

-elegant looks
-command presence
-rather quick, requires no mod.s unless you are an extraordinary driver
-stunning handling and braking
-starts, stops, totally bulletproof reliable

if you can only have 1 porsche it's the ONE

it's not bad roads [mine are quite bumpy], it's snow and ice that i would avoid or any chronic bad weather high speed driving -- if then, get a TT [996 or cayenne].

and it never snows in SFO!!!!!!!

best of luck getting it at 118. wholesalers in cali will offer more than that.

and despite what watt thinks, black is more desirable than SY.

black is worth as much as silver or seal. slate may be worth a tad bit more because it is a premium color ($3K option).

think about it, unless you are on the verge of bankruptcy, why would you give up a GT2 for 118-122?

i sense some market manipulation by some people here.

I would also recommend that you look at the PPCBs carefully and possibly have a dealer evaluate them, due to "bedding" issues that some people have experienced. The car should still be under warranty, but if the brakes were "abused" you might have an expensive repair bill.

Why would a 2002 GT2 with 15k miles only be around 120k when a 2002 996 turbo with the same miles goes for around 90k. Does the GT2 depreciate faster for some reason? If anything I thought it would hold it's value better than a regular 996 turbo.
