My original question was if there are any 1700 RWHP cars (at the wheels)...as mentioned in your post below. If there are any street Vipers making 1700 HP to the wheels, that would mean they are making 2,000 HP at the crank. I find that extremely hard to believe.

 

Gary Javo's last car was the one that VRAlex raced (Blue/white)
with twin turbos. It was about a 10 flat car I believe.

Must you make a big deal out of nothing ?????? I told you my source, which means it's not here say. Gary Javo has a prety good reputation from what I have heard so when he quotes something on his site, I feel comfortable passing it on. Not to mention he was driving the car at the time and you are failing to mention that on that pass the car WAS NOT at full tilt meaning that there was still more boost that could have been added.

btw last I heard Heff didn't have a dyno that would read over 1500rwhp, so the 1700 is just a rough guess on their part. Oh and maybe you can't read, but it says 1700hp, not RWhp... big difference.

Oh and the bee ran 7.99 through an auto, the 7.98 was Garth's 6spd car and it went 183. That is close to 1700rwhp numbers, 176 is not.

How much of what is posted on the web isnt speculation. The vid that was posted of the first 7 sec pass said 2000hp viper. google it. I didnt dyno the car. If you want a peanut and jelly sandwhich because you were at the dyno session or talked to them on the phone send me your address and I make sure to overnight you one.

And in the end if I'm a couple hundred RWHP off I apologize for misleading anyone but the 1700 rwhp vipers do exist, and even clown face has admitted to that. I can only post what I have seen or heard as I have not first hand experience of such a vehicle, but a large percentage of what's on forums is heresay. Which car made what HP on which run exactly I dont know but I do remember saying "I think" when I first said it so to me that has a hint of uncertainty. the only thing I am sure of is what's in my garage and what I can do with it. So take it for what it's worth, I am not claiming to have tuned anyones car or know anyone personally but only given the info that I have heard, If there is someone here who has never repeated something they "heard" I would have to call you a liar. Nonetheless this is not a big deal to me, but some people have to prove they know everything and want to be heralded because they know people when I dont give a !@#%.
