Man 0-100 in 5.5 is blazing, there are pretty fast sports cars that go to 60 in 5.5. I know there are modded cars that do that but for a stock car, that is fast, VERY fast.

 

For what it cost it should be faster

 

Last night while driving on I-95 (Miami) suddenly the traffic got really slow, which for sunday night is kind of odd.
When I finally got to the reason of the traffic slowing down...there it was....a Veyron driving at a very moderate 60 mph. Couldnt hear the engine and almost crashed into another car while reaching for my camera in the back seat.
The only picture I could take came out like crap... so that is my great story...

wow 100 in 5.5 secs is pretty insane. I still think it looks like crap though...give me a mclaren F1 anyday for that price.

buddy, to answer your question.

We will do a serious attempt to get as close as possible in an R Turbo.

But we won't beat it.

 

The V is pretty quick from 0-100 due to the awd and auto but IMO it's not that impressive. There are many many tuner cars for 1/10 the price that will fist fck that thing from a 100 roll. It's quite a feat of engineering and moves well for a sled that heavy but the overall speed is marginal.

Give me $100grr and I'll have a pump gas viper on drag radils that will easily clip a deep 9 @ 160ish and have the Veyron owner suicidial when it puts city blocks on him out on the highway. The only place it would be close is a run light to light on the street.

I would be willing to bet Alex or Mark's 996's would give that thing a ghetto *** whoopin . But likely would need some better gogo juice to make it happen.

 

V of course Viper's and MANY other cars can be made much faster, but you have to admit its impressive for such a heavy/luxorious car, and it puts all of that power down with EASE.. I mean its alot of damn money though and going fast is going fast, so i wont get into practicality and so on between a 1000+hp and tq viper vs a Veyron!
