Did you have to drill out factory front sway bar or do you have aftermarked
front sway bar,

TIA,

MK

Highhats,

Just to clarify (bacause there are lots of variables)
You have a Cross Jic Suspension (purple springs)
Your original piece of crap drop links from Cross were adjustable?

thanks,

MK

yes my original ones were adjustable but curved a bit. Yes purple springs also (8/10) They to snapped at the driver side top. Cal TRG they know the deal with the JIC's. Your in good hands. Plus they are wicked cheap for a set like 340 a pair. I think JIC wanted 500 or something. NUTS! haha

Hey Suman,

Sorry for the late response, even to Marty. Both of you have our older version and I have looked everywhere for those for long time. Last time we talked I told you we will be bringing more of the new versions, which I do have them now. Basically we had the links in stock but to used them you will need the new mounts. The new version is not adjustable like the older one but I was able to get few in since we change few sets of the 996TT for an 996C2 set up.

Lets talk so we can arrange for these parts.

I am trying to upload the picture but can't seem to get it done. I will put another post with the picture of the new kit and install picture. Anyone who bought our suspension this year are the new version.

Anyone who has any other questions please feel free to contact me at 562-803-6122 and anyone I haven't answer please PM and I will get back to you right away, and again sorry for the late response.

JIC stuff is WEAK. I dont know why people on this board think its good. their stuff is not top notch. Many Nissan guys dont like their products. I stay away from JIC everything at all costs. its cheaply made. dont be fooled.

If JIC is not top notch, then tell me what are top notch especially for Nissan. There are many brands out there that are great BUT if you were to say its WEAk then tell me what you know.

If you were to talk about Nissan, I hope you know that we have our own Nissan S15 that we track and even broke track record at Button Willow which we beat 996 GT3 cup car.

You can't say that people with Nissan don't like our product just because they prefer cheaper MSRP, its only because they are made in China and their MSRP is lower than our manufacturing cost.

I haven't had any issues with my JIC suspension as of yet (I think I bought mine before the "bad batch" was released)...but I really hate to see others having issues like this. It has to be extremely frustrating.

Tom and the boys at TPC are fantastic. I had JIC coilovers installed on my 996TT by a shop in NoVa. I had an awful noise coming from the rear after having them installed. The guys at the NoVa shop couldn't determine what the problem was so I took it to TPC. I dropped the car off and before I got home (40 minute drive) with a rental car, Tom called from TPC and told me they found the problem.......a mfgr defect on the upper mount (pillow ball) on the drivers side rear assembly.

TPC knows their ****!!!

JIC's are in no way an inferior product. If anyones been in the car with me they know this set up is awesome. Links are gabage but flaws exist in everything. If one did not want to spend money on a gas set up, I consider JIC for the 996tt the next best thing. Tight where you want it through turns, yet soft on bumps. With a little dial in I virtually have no bumpsteer. I have the old school purple springs in an 8/10 set up and couldnt have asked for more. Have you in mind that I have H&R sway bar set on tight all the way around.

JIC and Paul have been very good to me, in fact some of the best customer service that I have experienced. Love the product, but was even more impressed with the service.
Paul has always been available when ever I've had a question. He is THE MAN!
