AAAAARGGGHHHHH...I broke another JIC sway bar link!#@$%#@!!!
Just wondering if anyone from this thread who had broken Links have actually gotten replacements. I've been working with someone over at JIC since the start of this thread and have still recieved nothing...
I'm keeping my fingers crossed that they will actually come through, but after 3 months and many promisses I am starting to lose my patience... Is there any other way to get replacements for these broken links/mounts? I really don't want to have to throw away a $4K plus coilover system....
Even more so since I really like the way it performed up until it broke....

nope, never got anything back from them. My suggestion is to buy beefier ones from some of the listed (previous posts in this post) manufacturers and re-install. I would not toss away your system, it is very good with just that one issue.

to be getting a new set of dampers with the updated links/mounts. I wanted to go this route since my CO's do have some mileage on them and now would have been a good time to get a new set. I believe JIC suggests a rebuild of their Dampers every 2 years or so anyway... I got a good deal (if it ever goes through) on a new set but still waiting for them to arrive....

Agreed. I just ordered new endlinks from TRG and plan to install them tomorrow. It took 3 different attempts to get new springs for my 996TT from JIC. They "shipped yesterday" twice, and finally after 2 missed appointments at my shop and about 5-10 phone calls we where able to get them overnighted yesterday for arrival today.
My experience:
Paul "acted as if he cared" , but did not solve a Goddamn thing.
I bought my own drop links and had them installed (Only my JIC fronts were braking but
I did the rears as well knowing I do high speeds ALOT).
I bought my TARRET adj front and rear drop links from CANTRELL Motorsports
1-425-820-0231 (Colin Cantrell). They are very high quality and will hold up.
