same here and offered me a fix that was to introduce a new support piece along with links...it was going to cost near 400.00 to do so...no go for me, I just wanted a fix...Paul said he would work on something else because all I want is the linkage but they don't have any more or make them...waiting.

I might just go find a rod end and replace it myself...

Paul also has suggested I spend about $400 for my fix
(plus my labor costs, $300-400), this is not what I call
Stunning customer service, this is almost coming "half way",
almost. The new drop links he proposed look like they came off from
a Honda, very small but with better attachment brackets.

So far no go for me...

I find this disturbing to say the least........I stand behind everything that comes out of my shop 100%. If their is a problem that is no fault of the customer......I fix it. Period. Hell, if I had a nickel for every job I have re-ran or "fixed" that WAS the fault of the customer.....I'd be a rich man. As an owner of JIC coilovers and someone who has championed their products in the past.....I am disapointed.

I had been considering JIC's for my car when I lower it, but this thread has killed it for me. Definitely going in another direction.

Is there something you can do on the track to "cause" them to break? or is it random?
I have broken everything else at the track so I guess this is next?
I do think that the car needs to be properly set up at a pro shop including alignment and four corner balancing. if one broke that was professionally installed and car properly set up I would like to hear about that also.
Tom, when I had the car and first put the suspension, it was professional installed/corner balanced by the same gentleman that does the cars that race at Road Atlanta. It is strange, that's for sure...

Well,

I have sold the car and the gentleman who bought it knows the guys at JIC very well and is going to take care of it from that point on...glad I didn't spend the extra money on the fix. There should be a better way to solve it...
