Oh man, put those away! How much is it to air-freight a car to Kansas again?

Craig why didn't you pm Rob first about his errors or claims. I am in no way defending him but would think that maybe a friendly pm would have been nice. Half the people on this site have elongated stories but that is part of forum life. Please don't take my post personally just providing an observation.

Aloha

Byron,

You are always the balanced, mature and respectful voice of reason...which of course means that you have business posting in the TT/GT2 section.

Stephen,

I heard that you have become so buffed that you no longer need an engine lift....true?

Sean I'm ready whenever you and Rob are. Maybe I can snake my brother away from his g/f (which I doubt).

What you want to do with the CTT vs a Jeep SRT-8 Matt's about to get one for a daily driver. Should be a pretty close match SUV style!!

Oh man it hurts to laugh. I have a rib out in my back pushing in my lung. But that was funny as hell! Not there yet but I did break a 1/2 breaker bar and a 1/2 inpact extension

Chris,

The SRt-8 should have a slight edge...but to be honest, I just putt around in the CTT...I even sold the cat delete pipes I was going to install to another 6speeder (MontrealM3cab.....who still owes me $210 by the way).

What is this about your rib/ Are you still training?

At least you get to putt around in a CTT Finally going to have something else to drive with him getting a new ride finally. Putting way to many miles on the Turbo, but it's so damn fun in the morning on the Beltway lol.

With all this talk about working out I probably need to do the same myself. I put the skinny in Skinny White Dude Racing.

Byron,

I do not disagree with your suggestion. However, keep in mind that I bit my tongue and did not say anything for several months while Rob posted questionable info. Moreover, Rob made his false claim in a very public manner, misrepresenting his car to the entire 6Speed community, and therefore, a public response is warranted – the 6Speed membership deserves the truth.

BTW, I have received several telephone calls and e-mails today, including additional information about Rob’s car that renders Rob’s dyno claim even more implausible (e.g., multiple blown head gaskets and an inability to exceed .8 bar). Again, I sympathize more than anyone with such problems, but that does not excuse falsehoods.

Craig,

I hear what your saying and no problems here. You guys are so lucky to be arguing about horsepower. I test drove a 997tt and I could not get it out of 3rd gear. Dam tourist.
