99 c2 tip, engine rebuilt at 108k. 20 k on it now. Before that at 100k replaced water pump.

Bought my 2002 996 C4 Cabriolet with 30k on it in 2005.
I now have 95300miles on it with no problems so far.

My '89 911 Targa had 145K when I sold it, so I hope to have the same good luck this time.
(I am presently paying for three in college and one kid in private school, so that's going to be the plan! )

 

'01 turbo-79k no issues. Normal maintenance

 

Love this thread, may also ask people include of the NA motor owners ever replaced their IMS and if so at what mileage. 2003 996 C4S w only 48k miles hoping to get to the higher mileage guys!!!

 

86k mi. getting ready to replace clutch and RMS. Probably leave IMS alone as there is few indicators that i need to look at it. over the 2+ years, several switches have had to be replaced, including airbag warning harnesses. costly repair. jb

Iv done a clutch , ln bearing, rms. And oil changes. Great car! Iv had mine a year bought it with 96k. Car has original engine.

No issues as my DD

92 964 before this one...with 170,000..was also a DD....

just replaced clutch and IMS bearing with LN engineering bearing.

old one (orginal) looked A-OK to me.
