Where the h*ll are the tether bolts??

I must be missing something. Getting ready for the Canadian-ization of my car and I'm looking for the child seat tether bolts (LATCH).

The user manual clearly describes them behind the rear seats under the carpeting. I've taken off the panel behind the rear seats on my cab and there's nothing there but rollover protection system.

Am I missing something?

Optical TDI is infamous around these parts
There is ONE tether hook for the rear center strap, but not for the bottom straps as in most cars. The seat must be secured with the seatbelt.

sorry for the late photos but hopefuly this will help, On your car you should see just two perforations in the carpet and you have to tear it open.

Oh and Ignore the thing behind the drivers rear seat...thats the thing that goes BUMP in the Night...lol

If you have the Bose (which encompasses the entire rear shelf), is it still under there?

I never did. It was too easy to mount a new one behind the rear seats, so I only searched long enough to get to a '3' on the frustration meter.
