I'm on the fence between your TA style front bumper and the RS gen 2 type in this picture on a 99 Cab. Is the chin spoiler on yours replaceable? I thought I read somewhere that it was. I know the version in this pic uses the OEM spoiler so replacing it isn't a huge problem. Can you tell me how much custom fitting is needed with regards to trimming the radiator air ducts and just mounting it in general. I'm trying to decide if this is an install I want to attempt myself. Also if anyone else would like to give me their opinion between the 2 of these I'm listening!

thanks Rich

No there is no chin spoiler it's all one piece, this didn't require a lot of modifications as I already had a aftermarket TT bumper, meaning the bumper support bar was already cut. I did have to rewire the LED's as I didn't want them to be blinkers, I wanted them to be white LED daytime lights. One problem I have is now one fog light is burned out, no easy access to replace it aside from removing the entire bumper which I won't be doing. I had the fogs tied in to the factory fogs on headlights.

I really like you mods. It all goes well together. I do like the duck tail, but I think I would prefer the Aero wing. Your ride looks great. That makes the Carrera look much more modern and sets it more apart from the Boxster look. I wish I could replace those on my C2, but The last time I ordered a wing, it was a piece of poop and I had to return it. It made me sorta just deal with what I have, I guess. Love your Porsche!!!!

Thank you! Yes it really doesn't look like a 15 year old car, why buy new when you can just replace bumpers
