Ya know...he is being a little TEASY...if that is even a word.
but he doesnt want to "bust the nut" just yet. He wants to make the part the best as it can be. I can understand that.
Although as it sits now...its already PROVEN better than a CAI...so the more ponies he can make now is IMO just Gravy. Most CAIs cant even get you 10 more HP...they state it...but XDREAM is giving you a dyno sheet that his NON CAI is giving you a real 10hp at the wheels.

If I can accomplish my goal to achieve what I'm looking for in this mod, I may or may not put it into full production as cost of manufacturing is expensive. I might just make a few for those who appreciate my ideas.
I hope you find a cost-effective way to take this to production once it is perfected as it looks extremely promising- good luck!

Improved Resign Yield Good Numbers
Guys, I can't say enough how much I have learn from this project. Heck I could have bought an SC with all the $$ I invested in this but at least I've learned a great deal and knowing that I made it.
If you guys been following this post then you know that my first mod proves that it does work, however the gain was not where I wanted it. I wanted the improvement @ lower RPM and more stable @ high RPM. This new piece is based on a diffrent principle and design unlike the 1st device. 10HP gain is achieved @ 2700rpm up to around 5500rpm, then power kicks in @ 25HP @ 5600rpm all the way up to 7000 rpm. The power is much smoother then stock and also my 1st mod. I was grinning all the way home from the DYNO TEST.
Here's my results.....
10HP gain @ 2700rpm

26HP gain @ 5800rpm

I figured out a way to export the file to an image using DYNOJET's Software

Just added some details to the graph

I talked to a couple local manufactures and bottom line is they will not do anything less then a 100 pieces @ $187.68 ea. OUCH. This includes their tooling and programming their machine. Ofcourse price will drop with higher number orders. What do you guys think?

Okay, this looks very interesting... but since we do not know what it is its hard to say if my car will like it. I already have Evo intake, headers, exhaust and ordered the RSS plenum. Will this part work in conjunction with the others and still show an increase?

Well- just when I thought my day couldn't get any better (been surfing all day in Maui) - I pop in here and see the latest dyno test results. Woot! Way to go xdream.
So yeah shop around on that mfg. price. Your highest cost will be for the initial run (setup fees, etc.).
But heck if this turns out, it might become the 1st mod on any pcar owner's list and I'm sure you will move quite a few of them. I'll certainly be one of the first to buy.
