Just installed Tubi...

...and all I can say is wow. The noise is superb. World of difference. Doesn't drone when cruising along either. There is a difference in power which was immediately obvious as well (perhaps owing to the turbos spooling up more quickly).

I'll be going to Lime Rock later this week for the car's 18th and 19th track day. Really psyched for the noise and the extra grunt....albeit not really necessary at Lime Rock.

Thanks much to TT Gasman for selling it to me and TT Surgeon for suggesting it!

JS1967 is infamous around these parts
I have 3500 miles on my Tubi exhaust and it really starting to sound a bit meaner and louder. It does not come to life until you really wind things up. There is a big bypass bridge by my house, I run it under the bridge in second gear, and it just screams. It really surprised me how loud it was the first time I tried this. Cold starts are a little more rumbly too. I guess I am saying that the tubi sounds even better after some break in.

Glad you like it Anthony! Tubi is hands down the best exhaust for the 997TT.

This will give you a good idea of the sound. This was installed by James and Alex at Sharkwerks. I figured I'd save you the time Alex!!

Have heard the tubi race has an insane sound to it at woot. Is yours the race version? Have been trying to get on a second hand myself but so far no luck. Have fun with it and be safe.

I'm looking into a Tubi. Everyone that has one loves it.

I'm really interested in the Tubi Race Exhuast. What's the sound/price difference?

i have the tubi: F-1 headers, race cats, race muffler (remora)[single canister now], & GIAC retune (600hp 93gas)-sounds like GT3 Cup race car. low rumble @ cold start and just HOWLS pass 5500rpms to redline.
great fun revving an underpass or better yet tunnel! no drone/resonance issue. one of the best (turbo) exhaust note, IMHO the BEST; comparable to lambo/ferrari but in it's own way. not "tinny" like some systems. youtube "sharkwerk" has sound clip. about $8500 for exhaust system & another $3500 for GIAC retune WELL WORTH IT GOOD LUCK!
