Quite the Garage
Quite the Garage
This is some guy's garage in Brentwood, CA. The neighbors are complaining. You can have a Picasso in your living room but a Ferrari--no way! Should've opted for the Turbo.
(I know this is OT but quite the garage)

It sounds like his neighbors have opened up a huge zoning and planning hurdle . Interesting , because my first thought when I saw the photo was that he better have carbon monoxide sensors.
I was actulaly thinking of you Larry as you contemplate a second residence on the West side. How cool is that?
Actually the car sits on a ramp that moves up and down. When he wants to leave he sits in the car and the ramp lifts up to let the car coast out the garage door. Then when he's outside he starts it.

How does he get it back into the garage - Push it? Or is there a ramp outside also? Of course if he doesn't turn the headlights out soon, he won't have to worry about starting it.
Personal property rights are getting trampled more and more every day.
His neighbors don't like it, so they're suing the city to revoke the permit that the planning commission approved.
