Clarification:
I am now being told by some people that the vette in this video does not have a stroker engine.
Some people are telling me that the car has cam, headers, exhaust and tune.
Others are telling me it has only headers, exhaust and tune.
Others still are telling me that it has the full kit described in the video.
At the end, as I stated elsewhere above, for me personally, it's about enjoying our cars, not who comes out on top.
Whatever kit the vette has, if the owner spends a bit more money on it, he could easily take, until I spend a bit more money on mines, and the wheel goes 'round...
I am now being told by some people that the vette in this video does not have a stroker engine.
Some people are telling me that the car has cam, headers, exhaust and tune.
Others are telling me it has only headers, exhaust and tune.
Others still are telling me that it has the full kit described in the video.
At the end, as I stated elsewhere above, for me personally, it's about enjoying our cars, not who comes out on top.
Whatever kit the vette has, if the owner spends a bit more money on it, he could easily take, until I spend a bit more money on mines, and the wheel goes 'round...

For me, it's really not about the winning or the losing, it's about celebrating great cars, all makes, and the people who know how to drive them fast and enjoy doing it.

In the other video against the 560 whp Vet, it walked away pretty good and that car is making 60 whp mpre than you. So in this video, you were very close until the Vet had to shift into 5th gear.
Soo......this race looks like the red Vet minus about 60-70 whp, which puts this Vet right around 490-500 whp. For a Z06 to put that power down, all they need are headers, intake and a tune. My guess is that this race was against a bolt on/tune Z06 only with no motor work.
I alsothink the outcome of this race is consistent with what I am guessing. Both right around the same power, with him being 300 lbs lighter and you having the PDK advatnage.
Of course, this is all a guess but I think it makes sense. But what's important is that I'd rather be driving away in the PDK regardless of how much faster/slower the Z06 is..
