C'mon Ed I'm still waiting for some 60-130 numbers on your beast - or at least some 100-200km/h numbers, lol.
Also eagerly awaiting the times for those 68mm Champion vtg kits.

Before you can compare different whp ratings, what do you consider to be a baseline WHP for a stock car, because (as you know) we've seen numbers varying based on dyno and other factors.

Yeah, that's why asked for "opinions"... I suspect there's going to be a range but it would interesting to hear what people think. That said, if you know what baseline whp for stocker, maybe that can be used to somewhat calibrate opinions. What's the general consensus, 380-400 whp?

Ok Dave!
I will play...

This is an old post from Gene (Eclou) on the 60-130 thread. I believe the faster times probably have too much power associated with them but I think the slower times are pretty accurate for full weight 996/997TTs...

Does it seem reasonable that whp vs times look roughly like this:
whp 60-130 s
400 10
450 9
500 8
550 7.5
600 7
650 6.5
700 6
750 5.5
800 5
900 4.5

Thanks Mike! We're seeing some big dyno #'s lately. Just wanted to see what people generally think. I've never dyno'd my car, not yet anyhow.

PS So your perky little A28s are putting out 725-750 whp. Nice!!

Is there a verified time on that? If so, Mike's chart goes out the window

Yes, verified, it's here:

https://www.6speedonline.com/forums/...mile-list.html

A little birdie told me that Mike (ttboost) has VERY good driving skills though.

The time is verified but not sure about the weight. I don't think Mike (TTboost) has any seats in his car just so he can sneak in under 6.

You're pretty dead on - while it's not a linear relationship, your numbers match up well. Obviously there are other factors involved, but using the example that you used earlier:

Gene's car ran with 50/50 Race/Pump fuel a dedicated 60-130 in 7.6s. I'm going to guess he was putting down somewhere around 500-550 whp based on AWE's Mustang AWD dyno:
