Hello Yousef...
I have a fair amount of experience with changing the gauge cluster face.
It is not a very easy DIY, but it is do-able.
Removing the face gauge is not very difficult with the right tools - you do not have to remove the steering wheel, but doing so makes more space.
You have to pull out the plastic/leather trim under the speedometer, remove two torx screws below, then pull the speedometer straight out. Toughest part is pulling the speedometer out - it is held in with two speed clips. I used mini suction cups attached to the face of the speedometer to grab hold.

Once it has been pulled out, you need disconnect the plastic connector (careful the clip is very fragile!)
Then you have to open the gauge cluster. Several torx screws in the back need to be removed, and then several clips hold the clear plastic cover up front. It will open like a clamshell.

Lastly, you need to pull the needles (very tight.)
When you get them off, the hardest step of the entire project, is cutting the little plastic gaskets that hold the face plate to the speedometer. You need to cut the black plastic grommets carefully, because once you swap the face, you'll need to re-insert them to hold the new face - there are a total of 5 grommets, one for each needle.

I've done it 3 times - if you need more pics, let me know. Alternatively, you could send the unit in to a shop that can do it. If you go that route, be careful who you pick because there is some data that is stored in the cluster that can be zapped if the cluster is damaged.
