Yeah I did, for programming and activation. I just don't have one at home to debug.

 

Hey @Serg124 (or any one else for that matter), would you have any screenshots of the settings from the PIWIS tool you could share? I'm really trying to solve this and having difficulty finding where my problem is on getting aircon to work.

I don't think screenshots will help you, as PIWIS software is same for all. There only three checkbox there, as I remember - 997 or 987, internal or not compressor, and active or passive conditioning. Try to change them all... With engine idling you should clearly hear changes when compressor is on or off. Not so many variants... Anything else I already wrote to you - you can't get it working without PIWIS, probably you need to do "vehicle handover", and if nothing helps then your ac control unit is broken. Black-white wire (again as I remember) is compressor activation signal. So you can check is it there or not with suitable tools.

Wasn't aware there is a secondary attribute (Active/Passive). I'll get my mechanic to look into it.
