I'm in the market for a 2007-08 Turbo, and I'm trying to learn as much as I can about the options. It seems as though there's a lot of them, and they can make a big difference in price. I found a car I really like, but I'm not exactly sure what seats it has. I don't think they're the Sport seats, but I was hoping you guys could tell me exactly what they are. In your opinions is this a well optioned car? PCCB and Sport Chrono are a must at this point in this purchase. Your opinions on the car are appreciated.

you can take the vin# to your local Porsche dealer and they can print you option page....deal with Mike P. there ...I bet he would sell that car for 80-81.5K...I bought a lambo from him and he's a straight shooter....tell him jon Cook said you need a deal....he gave me 27k off sticker of a 2012 gallardo
Thanks for the reply. I am already dealing with Sean, so I can't really switch over to Mike. Sean has been a pleasure to deal with so far, so I'm not too worried about it as long as he can get the deal done. I made an offer, so we'll see what happens. I'm just trying to make sure the car isn't missing any obvious "must have" options.
I sat in the seats and I thought they were great. I'm just trying to figure out what they are for my own knowledge. I find it pretty hard to tell between the different seat options in pictures.

if you like the seats, do it. I personally thought the adaptive sport seats were a must have as well as no ceramics since I track my car. both options are critical for the track.
but for a dd, and if you like the seats, not bad. IMO price is high, but the car looks really clean and I like the color combo.

The car is basically flawless. I thought the price was high until I started really narrowing down the options for searching. For a low mile PCCB car with Sport Chrono it is one of the cheapest in the country as far as I can tell. The PCCB option seems to be hard to find in cars under $90k. I live in Hawaii, so I won't be tracking the car. Without considering PCCB the car is definitely over-priced.
I paid $10 to get the VIN report from Suncoast. Other than possibly the seats, it seems to be well optioned. As for the seats, I'd rather have the lighter GT2 seats anyway, so I'm not worried about the Sport Adaptives.

bgrpph,
I tried to reply to your PM, but since I don't have 15 posts it won't let me. I'll reply to you once I have 15. It shouldn't take long to reach that many assuming I buy a TT.

As a point of reference, there was just an 07 911 TT for sale in Dallas that I was looking at. It was black/black 6spd with PCCB, sport chrono, adaptive sport seats and more and it was 79K. They weregoing to go down to 77K.
Was that one in Ft. Worth? I should have jumped on that I was just starting to browse when I saw that and it was gone the next day
This car also had $5k worth of maintenance last month when it was traded in on a new Bentley. They replaced the rear tires/all tpms sensors, and completed a full 20k mile/6 year service. There is one wheel with curb rash, and other than that the car is perfect. Symbolic agreed to have the wheel fixed and get a DME report before delivery. I'm still trying to negotiate the price with them, so we'll see what happens.
As for the DME report, I told him it can't have any 5 or 6 rev counters if we make a deal. Is that a good idea, or should I limit the category 4 counter too. Thanks for your input guys.
