3.8 built ready
I think my wg is set to 0.95bar, with EBC off I get 1.15bar and with EBC set to 1.25bar I get 1.45bar
Since what happened to your engine i've been running with EBC off, I'm scared
You have connected both something wrong. Pascal have you changed settings from Internal wg to external? You can both disconnect the top hoses on the wg's and only have the side ports to wg hooked up to the compressors on the turbos. Block off the lines coming from the wg solenoid, but be sure to leave the port on the top of the wg open for vent. This will run the lowest boost. (Or spring pressure) I have on my car .8 bar springs.
If you continue to have higher boost then you have installed wrong color springs in the wg.
If you continue to have higher boost then you have installed wrong color springs in the wg.
You can set your HKS to the basic WG boost, if it is 1,15 EBC off so set 1,15 and the HKS will respect its targets.

My springs are the Alpha's stock ones, and the pressure was ok with them and the old setup.
I checked all the hoses too, all are brand new, nice routed and not hurted.
I try the lowest boost possible this morning, each WG cracks about 0,75/80Bar, I go for a run now.
I believe the very free flow exhaust combined with the Cc increase is the reason,
perhap's I will have to swap my springs?...

Exact, but did you rebolt the A3071 with your new setup?
I just checked mine, very clean...
I did a few hundreds km today, the engine is now >1200km, several short pulls in 3, 4 or 5 show 1.25Bar maxi, regulated.
I have to send some logs to Todd too.
The car is very pleasant and strong, but I want to be sure all is OK with the tune.

Are you running flat boost setting or boost vs rpm or injectors signal?reset you ebc and recalibrate it.
I made several static tests, my solenoid seemed leaking, I worked on it and it seems ok now, but not sure until I run the car.
Tomorrow I will bypass it with a "T" , and will know the truth about my WG and my solenoid!

Thanks.
My today's tests demonstrate me my EBC is correct: even the solenoid bypassed with a simple "T" my effective boost exceeds the WG setting from about 0,3Bar, no leakage, all hoses new, zipped and well routed...
My conclusion is the Alpha's WG are a bit too small when they are used with a 3,8 kit and a real freeflow exhaust, and by winter with nice air density.
I finally setted mine to 0,9 and did some logs, sent to Todd.
The car is pretty strong, 100-200 in 5,5' with pumpgas, 2 persons in, but I need Todd's advice for the following...

I did a few very short pulls in 4rth.
