I did superflow too, in RWD mode and results were like:

0.9bar - 540 hp / 700 nm
1.25bar - 663 hp / 820 nm
1.6 bar - 794hp / 902 nm
1.65 bar - 816 hp ( had to go over 800hp) / 905 nm. Superflow calculated 74X rwhp for this run
First two runs were on pump and last two on pump+100meth.

At 1.6bar i can easily run 5.0s 100-200, very consistent - maybe 3/5runs i hit 5.0 and the rest are 5.1 or 5.2.., still no 4.9 for me either I am able to push 1.8 bar with better gas and after i fix some problems related to gt2 salve clutch, i will do it when weather will be better. I will add a 82mm IPD TB and plenum too, i plan on a big build for next year but now still learning about these engines and gt3 engines

I wouldnt push your car over 1.35/1.4bar tops if the weather is still cool, i run like that using 100 octane european gas with no problems at all, i also use a more aggressive tune for meth, but car feels good even without meth at lower boost.

Looking forward to seeing your dyno figures ! Good luck

Ok Fadi, interestant numbers...
Makes me thinking at 1.35/40Bar my engine may not put 750hp on the Superflow but a bit less...
Perhap's I will bolt a 82plenum/TBDY as well, let us know your results when done.

my turbos arent so efficient at low boost, and considering 997tt breathes better than 996tt and your 3.8kit(4% more cc), i would guess somewhere between 10% to 15% higher hp for your car boost for boost, extrapolating a bit from my results, i would say 750hp @1.4 is a good bet

Regarding my logs (took in 4rth gear) 1.0Bar is still reached at 3250rpm and 1,37Bar at 3800rpm.
Timing is very nice but it is only the 4rth gear, the 100-250kph logs (3+4+5) seems pretty nice as well but the IAT slowly raises (30°C end 5th by 13,5°C AT) and will probably go>45°C end 6th, this could create little knocking...
I will log slowly the 6th, up to 5500, to 6000, to 6500, and to 7000 if all is good.

Todd tells me E85 would be both safe and more powerfull, the actual limit would be my fueling in waiting for bigger pump and injectors, I must admit it makes me thinking...

E85 is awesome bro! You can run as much boost as your engine will
handle on E85. Turbos spool much quicker and the overall increase
in responsiveness and power is fantastic. E85 and 116 octane fuel
are identical on the dyno for making power!

I will try soon Randy,
I believe I will overall use the high power ability of the E85 to be safer: if timing can hold 25° @2Bar boost (for example), also I will run 22° and 1,6Bar.
Even if the power does not exceed 800crankHp, I believe it would be perfect for my use...

Little update:
After having lowered 0,20Bar boost target on my HKS and gradually logged it I pulled today my 6th gear.
I did only one 100-300, by 11°C AT, alone in, flat road, no wind.
The Vbox showed 5,1'at 100-200 and 17,0' at 100-300!

So, nothing new at 100-200, but I'm pretty happy with the 100-300 time, my best ever! Aircond was On and gas was Euro98, boost reached 1,40 until 4500 and 1,36-38 to 7000.
I consider the pumpgas file is now Ok and will explore E85 in the limits of my fueling setup.

0-200 is impressive but what made me really happy was the 200-300, even @ 1bar or less, it's very fast.... And it doesn't have any problems pulling till vmax

Looking forward to see some times on E85

17,0 was at 100-300, so 200-300 was 11,9'

I will log E85 today with low boost.

Ethanol or racing fuel is the safest way to go

Ok, first tests done, and yes we have a few E85 stations here.

My injectors seems to me maxed out @1,5Bar with E85. (logs sent to Todd too)
The timing is very timid for now, same as with 98 pumpgas.

Nevertheless times are pretty nice: 100-200 in 4,8' and 96-209 in 5,4' alone in the car (at 1,50Bar boost).
I didn't tried long pulls yet but an astonishing 100-250 in 9,3', 2 persons in during the logging.

A new tune with more agressive timing will be tested soon.
For now I dunno which fuel will be my standart...

Cheers,
P.

This is great news P.

All starting to come together with a lot of hard work and patients.

I am sure once you dial in the tune for the E85 a possible 4.5 is on the cards.

P.S. what clutch are you running out of interest?
