I'll be the first to chime in. You can't run that combo, they are too tall. With a lesser aspect ratio, no one runs a 255 front. Must even be an issue running a 245/30, because few people run them.

the difference between the front and rear is .3" vs the factory difference of .8".
Porsche allows for a .6" on winter set ups. ive never heard of a front diff dying except in the case when the front wheel is bigger than the rear wheel (which in this case isnt happening). the ECU will tell throw an error code saying the PTM is getting too hot. a little risky though. i personally wouldnt run that set up.

I haven't seen this 19" combo, but in theory shouldn't be a problem with the differential. MPSS is 0.7" difference front to rear. What you'll need to look out for is rubbing depending on your rim and offset.

My 255/35/18 is 1" shorter than you and it sits flush with the fender. I'm lowered with 9" rims and 50mm offset.

The stock difference is 2.79%
2353519 / 3053019

This setup is 2.6%
Very close!

The rubber is only 7mm higher on the front.

I've noticed on my .1 turbo that the factory tires on the factory wheels are a bit stretched on the front and the opposite on the rear. Kinda odd. Is there a slightly wider front tire that's within spec and would match the rear fitment better? Thanks

my bad. i misread the sizes. i thought i read 325 20 in the rear.
this set up will be totally fine. no damage to the diff.
