Function First tranny inserts - review

Hey Guys!
Installed the tranny inserts today.
lowered the gearbox, put that inserts in and suddenly i ran into a small problem:




getting that nut back on was a pain. those inserts are stiff as &%&% and
it took a lot of effort to squeeze them enough getting that nut back on but i finaly did it:



and as you can see on the pic above, the edges of the inserts (quite sharp) are rubbing on the waterhoses on both sides.
just to be safe i cut an old hose and wrapped it around in that area.

did a short drive afterwards - slightly increased vibrations between 3k and 4k rpm but not bad, don't feel a lot of difference when shifting but maybe thats due to my shortshifter.

Based on other threads it looks like the inserts are supposed to go on the insideof the mount not the outside. That may be why they appear tight?

Just a matter of time before those water hoses are toast.
Sure the bolts are not reversed???
