Another Round of mods (rods and goodies)
heads are going. been trying to knock out one cyl per night after work. Here are some rough in, to 80% complete (final sanding not complete until all 24 ports are measured and reasonably the same).
This is a very mild port, focusing on the normal pinch points.

This was sour prototype, inserts remain the same, from right to left, locating pin, drill bushing, tap bushing, drill bushing (2)
We still recommend having the liner case and heads drilled on a bridgeport for accuracy but the case part is very easy with this tool.
I'll be posting a step by step 2 weeks from now when I re assemble my bottom end. There is an order for it to be done.
VR- thanks.. ya i knew it was a challenge, just didnt know how much of one!
If there are any references out there, please post.. thanks. Going to try to mess with it a little tonight.. maybe

I like the direction in this build. Good luck and looking forward to your updates. Please don't go quiet on us when its complete!
For me its either going all out with displacement or do just the very basics like this which carries the least cost and risk of all options. Anything in between to me personally is meh as then it just adds up very quickly and you end up wishing you did more while you were in there at least it does/would in my case.
