Steering wheel swap from 991.2TT to 997

this is awesome, did you update to the newer 997.2 steering module to get the horn to work? also were u able to try to get the MF to work?

Anybody able to get the MF buttons to work?
Hi guys, I fitted the 991.2 wheel today to my 2007 Turbo (Tip) it was all plug and play (but I did have the later module from a previous Sport steering upgrade) the one thing we could not get to work were the MF buttons, has anybody been able to get them to work?
if anyone wants I have a 991 Turbo S wheel and airbag for sale.

paddles + horn work fine provided the car is a 997.2 (or 997.1 with the 997.2 steering module)

for those that are interested, on the 997 custom retrofit modification Facebook forum there is a lin-bus adapter that will 100% get multifunction and all steering wheel controls from the 997.2 steering wheel to work on our 997s.
you WILL ALSO have to have the newer 997.2 steering module on your car as well (for you 997.1 guys who are looking to do the swap)
300$ shipped from china, a user named paul li has even created the pdf's for installation as well as videos to show how it works on both 997.2 + 997.1
