Quickjack question

When I used my Quickjacks on my 996TT in the past they would warp the lower moulding that surrounds the jacking points and eventually broke one of the tabs on the passenger side moulding. Before I screw up the moulding on my 997 which has the painted option I was wondering if there is special lifting block or adapter (like the SUV adapters) that would fit the jacking points better. The rubber lifting blocks are too big and place load on areas that shouldn't be put under the weight of the car.

Use a hockey puck on top of the blocks it comes with.

Unfortunately there were no Jack adapters other than the rubber blocks in the packaging my quickjacks were shipped in. I'll try to find some round discs online or other adapters that won't warp/break my side skirts when lifting the car.

Google porsche jack pads. Get a set of 4 and stack it on top of your quickjack blocks. I bought one years ago and use it with my hydraulic jack. It twist "locks" into the jack point.

My quick jack doesn't cause any issues on a 997.2TT. Well, other than you may have to remove any underpaneling screws on the outskirts as once raised the clearance may be limiting factor.

The EZ car pucks look just like what I need but I'll google the other ones that twist into the hole also. By the time I sold my 996 the jacking points were a bit mangled from all the floor jacks I used before getting quickjacks. The previous owner(s) of my 997.1TT must have taken precautions because all 4 corners are still in perfect condition...or they never serviced the car. I really like the painted side moulding option and I don't want to screw it up.
Thanks for the replies!

^^this. No need for something fancy. Hockey pucks are cheap and plentiful. Even better if you get the high-density practice pucks.

Just find some hockey pucks. They're like a $1.50 for 1.

Hockey Pucks Hockey Pucks

I also move my jack sides inward so they do not engage the lower blades of the body sides.

Thanks for all the replies. I ended up picking up a 4-pack of adapters from Pelican that resemble many of the ones posted but they are day glow orange. The weren't magnetic which would have helped but to keep them from moving around I used a little 3M heavy duty double stick tape next to the part that goes inside the hole in the chassis. I wanted them to stay put once the rubber blocks made contact. It worked great and no distortion of my rocker panels occurred so my goal was reached! I even remembered to pull the adapters out of the chassis after the job.
