Tinted + light bulb changed
what you have to do is now is buy a 6000k 50w H11 HID kit for your high beams and a 6000k 50w H8 HID kit for your fog lights. (i'm not sure if the fog-lights are H8 on the turbo, i know they are on the C4S)

LEDs are usually dimmer than halogens anyway (not per watt of course)
if you want to remove that dash-warning light you have to wire a load resistor in parallel to the LED to reduce the resistance. For example, the circuit is expecting 5ohm of resistance or something, so you have to put a 6ohm resistor parralel to the LEDs so it brings the total resistance of the circuit down to 5ohm so it will think that a regular halogen bulb is there and working. You have to get the resistance just right or the car will think something is wrong.
