WTB: Fabspeed 997S muffler bypass

Best price I could find was $285 new, but seems like a lot of $$ for two pieces of piping.

Anyone got any around collecting dust?

I have a pair collecting dust they have about 100 miles on them. They are what everyone says they are. It was too much for me so now I did full exhaust, it's just right for me. If you would like pm offer I've been thinking of getting rid of them since they are not being used and pretty much brand new.

For anyone wondering just what the bypass pipe looks like compared to the stock muffler, have a look. tremendous weight savings!

Fastlane and Gundo,

I sent you both PM's

I'm debating whether to get a new exhaust or just do muffler bypass. I liked the sound on the fabspeed video, but I also treat my car like a GT at times: cruising while on my Tooki bluetooth (don't make fun).

Other times I push my car and I really want that loud exhaust noise. Are the bypass pipes ALWAYS loud? Or do they calm a bit when driven around pedestrian streets?

It basically does exactly what it sounds like.....Bypasses the muffler by replacing them with pipes shown above. Less restriction equals more hp and louder noise. Plus additional weight savings off the rear.

Dave you have a PM.

Sounds like you need PSE! Quiet when on the phone...then flip the switch and their loud! Best mod I ever did to my car.

Bought them off of eBay for 1,100 and installed myself. Put a custom flip switch in that controls the on/off feature.
