if a defect is confirmed in this product, does your warranty cover associated expenses such as removal and reinstallation costs (labor)?

That's great news. I had a Borla system on my NSX and absolutely loved the product. It had a fantastic sound, didn't resonate or boom and made power.

I look forward to reviews of this product.

We don't have any sound/video clips yet. The only ones that are even remotely close are the videos on YouTube if you search for Borla 997. If I get word of anything new, I'll let you all know.

The power gain sounds good to me. Until you launch a official vid, could you confirm if the vid below is a 997 equiped with your product?

I had Borla mufflers on my 87 and 92 Vette and a cat back system on my 99 Vette and the Borla product was super nice. I 1st got a set of Borla mufflers back in 1989 when I bought my 87 Vette. I was the 1st in my Corvette club to get a set and then everyone in the club had to have a set. The Borla mufflers are built very well and have been in biz a long time and are extremely well respected. I would not hesitate on getting Borla again and if I end up with a new 2009 997S will not leave my Fabspeed on the car and get a Borla system.

My car was the prototype, sounded mean. I dont think it was much faster, but the powerband was much smoother. Car didn't want to stall as much from take off. The sound alone, was worth having. I miss it bad.

I had a 2004 M3 with a Borla. I was a regular Instructor at BMW CCA events and other M3 owners liked the Borla so much, the got one too.

I have a 2004 Tahoe with a Borla and it sounds awesome.
Mr. Kriggans: Could you email me privately about the new 997 system?
Use mimishusband@yahoo.com
TIA,
Mr. B
