This car had an MSRP of slightly over $109,000 and I'm wondering what folks think it's worth in this market. It's loaded up -- some may say too much -- with
interior parts painted the exterior color making it a one-of-a-kind. Any help out there?

shuffles is infamous around these parts
Around $70k or less based on age is what I would pay. I almost bought a 2007 C2S cabrio at a BMW dealership with ~4k miles for $66k (no CPO). Wound up with the new C4S for almost $40k more instead.

Well, you're spot on because they're asking $69,900. Only thing missing, from my perspective, is sport or adaptive seats.

Nice car . You have a lot of options on it too . Low to mid 60's ought to get it done.

Leverage -
It's used .
Over optioned .
and almost going on three years old .
700 miles is a plus but one never knows how they were driven .

Good points. I've asked for a DME. I'll post some pics on Monday. Ever seen one with that much painted interior -- plus belts and gauges?

I know, and I guess when I see it in person my gut reaction will have to be positive because I never seen that much interior red. It will either be blinding (kinda the feeling I get with the natural red interior without any deviation) or super-custom looking. The exterior is a no brainer. The car looks great with the black wheels. If I were considerably younger it would already be in my garage as the interior -- all of it -- would be a big plus.

If it's too much, I assume you could trade out some of the red for black in relatively easily removable areas, such as door finishers and/or switch panel. The GM who spec'd the car may have gotten a little carried away checking the option boxes.
